Our Principal Consultant has a Masters Degree in Strategic Leisure Management.

We are well experienced in writing Strategies for Parks, Open Spaces and Play Areas.  We begin by ensuring that the Corporate Policies are the right policies, and that the need for the Strategy is fully understood and supported.

We determine who the target audience is for the Strategy, and believe that it should be a working document of relatively small size with specific but realistic targets that have been determined by the stakeholders.  The way the Strategy is then written is determined by the receiving audience.

THERE IS NO ONE SIZE FITS ALL APPROACH THAT CAN BE TAKEN IF A STRATEGY IS TO BECOME A SUSTAINABLE AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE-DELIVERY DOCUMENT.

We therefore take the best advice from organisations such as Cabe Space and English Nature but do not slavishly follow any one organisation's advice.  We even challenge our own!!
