Management Plans

We have written several management plans for Heritage Lottery Fund submissions or for Green Flag submissions

We prepare Management Plans in much the same way as we prepare Strategies, but always to ensure that you receive the funding or the Award that you are aiming for should that be the purpose of the original Plan preparation.

A typical  management plan would be based on an audit (please see the GPMS), and would meet the needs of the users of the area.  However, we have found that every site is slightly different and that these differences can have a huge impact on what can or cannot be achieved in different areas.
