CONSULTATION PRODUCTS

Basic one off cost of a licence for GPMS £ 3,000.00

Annual maintenance cost below is also payable

The licence remains valid for as long as you wish to pay the annual licence fee.

Annual maintenance cost for message board, User £ 250.00

Group support and general phone and e-mail support, plus quarterly

updates for benchmarking with all other GPMS Users.

Cost of inputting questionnaires Up to 500 £ 1.75 per form

We have input 80,000 forms to date Up to 1,000 £ 1.50 per form

Over 1,000 £ 1.25 per form

GPMS Data Mapping Tool OPTIONAL £ 450.00 p.a.

Allows provision of local maps throughout the year as and when

requested - within reasonable limits (say 50 different maps)

Annual licence to use the GPMS Usage Calculator OPTIONAL £ 150.00

Web site survey and detailed analysis Annual Licence £ 150.00

There are pros and cons to web-surveys, so please feel free to +£1.00 per form

AUDIT PRODUCTS

Basic cost of a park audit £ 350-500 per site

Cost will depend on size of a site. Most councils

will opt to have ten sites done at a time.

Preparation of a Hierarchy £ 150.00

-requires a small amount of assistance from the council

One day course to train officers so that they can undertake £ 950.00 for up to 10

their own audits and share auditing with other authority's staff

Annual moderation costs for audits undertaken by staff £ 450.00 +travel

Reasonable travel and accommodation expenses also charged. All above prices are subject to VAT.

GPMS also includes cost-effective Best Value Contracts and other Systems to create and monitor on the ground improvements.
